HI THERE
I'm Lulu Davis. I'm a big fan of Synths and Riffs. If I could play any instrument it would be the keytar.
I have a degree in Music and Entertainment Industry Management, and encompass over 15 years of hands-on experience as an Artist Manager, Publicist, and Music Business Consultant. In addition, I also have over a decade of Small Business Management experience and demonstrable international business development acumen.
The time has come for me to share my knowledge and experience with the next generation of the music business.
I want to offer a fresh approach to empower bands and industry professionals in navigating the complexities of the music business. Recognising the growing need for practical industry guidance and resources, I established this platform to provide firsthand advice, courses and insights tailored to kickstart or enhance careers in the music business.
I aim to educate, inspire, and support your journey towards achieving your career aspirations and turning that passion into profession.
So let's Raise Rockstars, together.
Recognised as a Rising Star in Music Week and a Spotlight Manager for the MMF (Music Manager's Forum), I've graced worldwide conferences, sharing insights and shaping the future of the industry. I have spoken at the likes of Abbey Road Studios, BBC Introducing Live and Global Rock Summit LA, whilst championing the representation of women in heavy music on global platforms.
My journey began amidst the vibrant energy of The Brit School, which fuelled a burning ambition to work in the creative industries. I embarked on my career trajectory at the age if 16 with an internship at Spinefarm Records, and from there I hustled my way through internships at Live Nation, The Noise Cartel, and Century Media in Los Angeles, whilst starting a management and PR business, all before the age of 21.
In 2025 I continue my work full time as the Head of Bands and Artist Manager for Bands Management, and also work as a part time Music Business consultant, specialising in international artist development.

One of my milestone achievements includes raising over six-figures in state and federal funding, and guiding longtime management client Voyager to a Top 10 Position at the Eurovision Song Contest, hosted in the UK in 2023. The band came 9th place in the competition, being the first ever band from Perth, WA, to represent their country Australia.
Now, with a diverse international roster of progressive rock and metal bands including Voyager (AU), Caligula's Horse (AU), Earthside (US), Unprocessed (DE) and OU (China), I wish to extend the knowledge and experience I have accumulated over 15 years of international artist management in order to empower the next generation of the music industry.
I also aim to equip emerging artists and music industry professionals with the tools they need to navigate the industry and thrive independently in such a competitive field.
Thank you for joining me on this journey, and I look forward to making a positive impact on your career growth in the music business.
